Major Issues with Shadow-TP

I am having massive issues with Shadow-TP. Am I the only one who his having issues with his ridiculous overpowered shields and health?

I have used a combination of weapons, playing as Wilhelm, and have had constant issues with battling him. Shadow-TP is seriously OP on various levels.

Could you post your build and/or lvl of your character and gear (shield and ozkit included).
Also, is this in UVHM or normal or TVHM?
