So, I have a new build that I’m work shopping, and it’s working pretty well. The problem is that I need health regen, and a metric f*ck ton of it. I’m using the frozen heart at level 1, so brimming prefixes are out. I’m using the bloodletter, so Vampyr is out along with most healing. All I’m really managing is 8% per second from a terror anoint, and that’s not enough to keep me up when I’m getting health gated by COV badasses. Is there a way to increase how much I’m regenning, or have I hit a wall with this build concept?

You misunderstand. Vampyr works with the bloodletter to heal your shields. I don’t need to convert health into shields, I need to find a better way to heal my actual HP bar in spite of the bloodletter
I dont think you understand how bloodletter mod works . If you have it on there is no way to heal health, because anything that heals health now heals shields instead.
Pair it up with a deathless relic and forget your health bar is even there

No, you can still heal health, because percent regeneration effects heal both bars. That’s what makes the immortal moze setup work. I’m asking what the highest theoretical HP/s is while wearing a bloodletter. Also, I’m using a level 1 shield, so using a deathless would be…a really bad idea lol

Why is brimming out? That specific shield can’t have that? The wording makes it sound like because it’s level 1 it can’t have brimming.
But aside from a shield with brimming and doing that 75% health decrease with the artifact and having some health regen on your mod and artifact… There’s no other way that I’m aware of. They didn’t intend you to be able to heal your health with a bloodletter.

Brimming is out because the specific shield I am using can’t spawn with a prefix. Which absolutely sucks.
Ahh gotcha. I believe you’re limited to the regen and terror. There’s that terror weapon anointment that regens 25% max health and then more with stacks of terror?

You can focus on defense, fully pump in the retribution shield, including passive shield recharge skills, take relics and classmods to passive shield recharge and find a shield that will heal 5% per second when full and throw health boosters when damaged. In theory, this should work well, but in practice…
I try to test this but nothing works well. They need a better logic to automatically absorb the booster, because when I’m without hp, the booster easily flies off into a mob crowd or into an ally with full health.

This is a amazing build, that makes a lot of fun. An alternate Shock Weapon like Laser Sploiter works too. Most times the Fire Version is still enough to destroy everything.
Sadly best way is transformer and throw shock tediore in front yourself.
Works best with 1HP Bloodletter.

I am thinking of trying a Kyb’s. In a perfect world I could get a Kyb’s with a terror damage reduction anoint, since I don’t think terror Regen stacks, but alas, I wouldn’t even be surprised if such a gun didn’t even exist with how rare terror anoints were when they were available with takedown gear
Get a Facepuncher and a relic with the Knifedrain prefix. Knifedrain heals you for 75% of all melee damage dealt and the Facepunchers damage counts as melee damage. This is admittedly not passive health regen but rather active healing but still. One or two shoits with the Facepuncher can bring you all the way up to full.

You need regeneration. The best way is to have a fl4k friend.
Is it possible to roll a knifedrain deathless? I could see that being useful on 1 hp builds with the bloodletter
Also, another way to regen is to use a shock Shrieking Devil with a Transformer shield. It’s a bit cheese but not as much cheese as chucking tediores at your feet all day long
It is. Knifedrain can roll on any legendary relic.
You need an artifact and a bloodletter with health regen but you’ll top out at 149x2 health/second this way, not including your terror health annointed you mentioned.
Get yourself a Otto idol. I have yet to use mine, but it heals you for 18% max health for every enemy you kill.
