What’s important to look for when farming Blockades - better capacity, recharge rate, or recharge delay?

My recommendation would be to go with the middle ground meaning a good balance of the three stats (all Bandit parts). But, your decision should probably take into account the character you play. The longest recharge delay (6.86 seconds) is on par with a The Bee shield without the added AMP dmg bonus. You can see the stats for various BL2 shields (including the Blockade) here.

Is the minimum recharge delay worth it for a sniper character or would you still tick with all Bandit?
