Im mostly trying to use it to proc vampyr for sustain but i would love to also deal some dmg in the process, it has to be fire or kinetic, fire would be lovely.
Any suggestions ? im tired of atlas cheesiness with grenades and im going for matched set with all vladof.
The Vladof schtick is the AoE effect, no? I personally would pair it with a Singularity effect (to keep them in the zone longer), but wouldn’t say no to the standard MIRV/Mini MIRV/Divider/Jumping/Rain multiplier effects just to spread the damage everywhere.

Widowmaker? Im not sure Vladof greandes are good at proc’n much. The others seem to be red queen and epicenter (fire). Honestly I would just recommend using Rain Firestorm despite it not being Vladof. Its really good at gettin procs and can use elemental projector with it.
I know, i have a few good grenades to proc but i cant find a proper vladof one, and i dont have many in my collection, the thing is that i value more the theme of the build rather than the viability, but i wanted to make sure i wasnt missing on good item i could be using. Im going to keep it full vladof, im also playing hardcore and my Moze died doing mayhem 3 yesterday so im starting again tonight with this build, im going to keep an eye on all vladof grenades that drop, maybe there is a really good one thats not even legendary or unique.
Thats probably the best, I dont think any of the Vladof legendary grenades are worth it, granted the Widowmaker is so so and comes fire or kinetic, its just not instant. Youll probably need to find purple with mirv-minimirv or something.
Epicenter (or even better the Spring variant) is Vladof and very good for Vampyr ( also providing a very good amount of damage if thrown correctly). Another one it’s the Rain Firestorm that can have Vladof as manufacturer iirc

Guess I got lucky with the tediore version then fits in well in the tediore build XD
Vladof had some decent explosives and pairs great w/ matched set, imo.

There are a couple other Leggy Vlady grenades but I’m not a fan of Red Queen although you may like it.
Also, don’t sleep on them purples either.
That is interesting. I did not know that, and rain firestorm is a great grenade.
Thanks man, yeah i have to check every purple when playing this type of builds, its good to know the firestorm can come in vladof variant tho, i was mostly looking forward to that type of effect, it really fits the build’s theme, i dont know how good it procs tho.
I have a lot of fun with this, I have seen it in a cryo version so if a fire exists could it do the job?

Whispering Ice is also nice.
Other than that you will need to check vendors for a Vampyr synergistic Vladof. Grenade manufacturers in BL3 determine delivery type. Vladof grenades are all impact. For Vanpyr synergy you want additional hits. Divider/MIRV/Mini-MIRV/Rain/Bouncy/Jumping are all the attributes you want; get as many as possible. Might be worth sacrificing a slot for large to make it more fool proof.
Oh thats actually really good and fits the builds perfectly, i will pray for a fire one in this playthrough
Its more than just the slot tho, its about the build and its theme, thats how i enjoy this type of games, i used to be a min maxer and i had my fun, but now i want flavor, thats why i want to stick to vladof in every slot, sadly cant do that for the shield, i actually dont understand why did they remove vladof shields.
Maybe so they can make a return in future content possibly at a higher rarity tier? Now how would you like a pearl Vladof?
