So you have to be playing as Amara to get it to drop from sylvestro? I can’t try to go get it with another character?

Yes but if you use the right character it should give you a bit of a higher chance to drop it.
Ahh, I haven’t finished leveling the siren yet but I figured I’d try to get it with Fl4k so I could trade it for the R4kk P4k mod

Generally, the game will weight loot drops to be more relevant to the character you’re playing on. This means that you’ll tend to find more COMs for the class you’re actually playing. It’s not impossible to get gear for other characters, but it’s a lot easier to use the appropriate character.
