Zane Main who is tired of being in last place so I am making the jump to Amara. I am researching builds on youtube but dont know a lot about her and her playstyle. I saw a melee build just after launch that look fun and zippy but much has changed since launch. I was curious which build(s) do you find most fun and why?
Anyone play both Amara and Zane have any feedback for me?
there is no weak vault hunter, all depends on your playstyle. you’re gonna love amara, so many builds to choose from.
melee amara is fun, if you are more of a facepuncher build this is a min-max version of it

But take note, gun builds are superior on this melee builds. like tediore amara build, TTB-Do Harm builds, Shreiking Devil-Redsuit/Transformer builds, sheriff amara build, nimbus build,
I have all vh’s at lvl 50 but I’m a FL4K main and amara is a close second. I played elemental melee amara until the takedown dropped. I pretty much cherry picked all the melee and healing skills and whatever the skill that makes you run quick and gives you quicker shield regen and went for the big punch capstone skill as well. All you really need is the unleash the dragon artifact and some bladed weapons (I liked the moarr linoge but it chews through ammo). I didn’t have any decent roid shields or any annointments to buff me any further but I could still solo mayhem 3 bosses and slaughter shaft…until you find something that resists fire anyways
Thanks so much for the feedback. I finished the campaign, made level 50 and got the phasecast and new M4 mod. I did not like the superfast new mod but loved the phasecaster mod, its was so much fun. Will try out everything listed and see what I prefer.
