Front Loader shield + melee lifesteal / health gate for Amara? If so would you be able to elaborate?

Front loader doesn’t lower your health, it “reserves” it. Meaning you still have a higher max health. You’re just already at health gate territory. What you want is some sort of turtle shield that lowers max heath.
Loaded Dice reduces max health by 75%
That will work. I actually just trashed a Melee life steal/ loaded dice so I know it drops. But you still wouldn’t want a front loader. It basically puts your health at health gate with 40% full. Loaded dice lowers your max health. So it will be full at 1k or so. Look for a shield with multiple turtle components. That will lower your health 10% for each component.
