A guide on here seemed to indicate it does, as long as you have a Phasezerker mod? Because I thought Soul Sap only worked with AS damage, and with Phasegrasp/TTB, you’re doing damage, but not from the Action Skill. In that case, debating whether to take it for more survivability, or to keep the Singularity effect.
The shared damaged counts. You don’t need the Phasezerker COM.
Cool. So, Soul Sap or Allure then? More lifesteal or dragging enemies in?
Depends on the build. There’s only 5 augments. 1 is broken, 1 is weak, and 3 are usable with different builds.
