Rakk Attack is M4 ready

Just posted this build a few days ago. With Rakk attack it just melts. You can still switch between FA and Gamma, but with the new anointments it just wrecks in M4,… (pics below) (the bonus from grenade and on gun stack)

Constant heals from Rakks and shield. If ammo is needed instead of picking some up, will just enter FA and melee some chumps with relic using MOAR Linoge you have infinite ammo, 5 hits usually fills.

Base max bonus dmg with no Mods: 213.5% (seems like nothing big, however,…)
ASE x1: 263.5%
ASE x2: 313.5%

From Mods:
1 point extra Frenzy adds: 10.4% Dmg
1 pont extra Most Dang Game adds: 10.4% dmg

Crit and mob bonuses and extra projectile from hunter tree just means even more damage.

DISCLAIMER:
Keep in mind, and others have pointed out, this is very anointment based build. Gear does not matter a whole lot, but what procs “at end of action skill” does.
If you go Gamma Burst using this build with Red Fang, look for: “+65% Damage While Gamma Burst is active” Maybe AS cool down bonus for that one as well.
Also I have dabbed into Megavore with this set up and honestly it seems to be weaker. You would think otherwise, but Furious Attack seems to add more damage even without the extra crits and melts enemies faster.

Pet: for damage Horned Skag
Mods: Red Fang and/or Bounty Hunter
(healing relic also helps for sponginess)

Since guardians are down, gamma takes a bit to cool. I switch between gamma, and GITM and rakks. General mobbing is Gamma with dmg amp and heals or radiation if not being attacked too much. Did great in M4 yesterday taking bosses.

With guardian ranks down Rakk is best to proc,

Gamma is: Damage and Heals/Radiation for pet.
FA: none, just use for melee
Rakk: heals/4x

Thanks for this build! I was having issues finding something on Fl4k that could deal with anointed in M4 without guardian rank or megavore working. I was playing around with something similar to this, but was using a grenade return anointment instead. Swapping around a few skills and using a damage on action skill end grenade made a big difference. Now its just time to farm a decent shield with health regen and I’m all set…

I’m guessing u dodnt know and nobody has told u but psycho head on a stick doesnt work and has actually never worked

It procced prior to patch with bounty Hunter com. Just waiting for fix, you can throw the point anywhere.

Any tips on dealing with solo takedown death spheres with current patch FL4K builds… as I struggle more with those than most other elements. And I need a better approach…

Fade away cool down atm is too long to be usable when all spheres are present… Rakk attack is great for flesh… Haven’t tried Gamma yet…

Any help appreciated…

It is a little harder right now with Guardian Ranks disabled. What is the hardest for me is the shots that go through shield. Just constantly got to keep moving.

For the spheres, and general all around, this is my load out:

Shock SMG,
MOAR Linoge Fire
Moar Linoge Corrosive
(free slot for situational)

Linoge are typically very ammo hungry however a cutpurse and a few hits will have you full in no time. Mods I carry are Red Fang, Friend Bot, and Bounty Hunter.

General mobbing will use Gamma Burst Red Fang(friend bot is pet falls, then switch back), dmg + heals, for bosses, switch to Bounty Hunter

Yeah I am still looking for a level 50 corrosive MOAR Linoge - I had one early and they rock… And in 4 whole play-throughs, using 2 characters, yet to see the Cutpurse but its on my list…

I have yet to find a shock SMG or shock infinity to tear through the spheres while moving randomly enough not to be one-shot killed from them. There will be an anointment, and people may be able to recommend?

Even with 100% resistant Red Suit or 40% reflect Resonant Back Ham the shields break very easily with them, and running around with 3 or more SpecOp Spheres is just too random as to whether I survive or no…

would it be better to run a rakk attack com? i dont think my red fang helps it much? or are you using the pet to taunt the enemies so you can throw more rakks?

Exactly, I also have a set of weapons (while gamma burst is active add 65% radiation damage) I switch a lot between weap/coms. For the Rakks, it is what I run with most in M4. These base skills stay the same.

The rakk commander com lacks a lot. I have yet to get the new one to try. But my bounty hunter adds a lot of damage and these ar ethe 2 I switch most:

I don’t dupe, but always welcome to run. I always give out extras, I got a bounty hunter with 31% cooldown.

Run this morning was pretty decent:
(people complain about the butcher but hold down and start firing and it will stay on target)
