The first thing you need to know is that the technique below is not specific to Zane; but I’m a Zane main so screw those other guys! .
The 2nd thing you need to know is that I’m NOT actually going to tell you how to do it. Or at least I’m not going to tell you in this post. Instead I’ll show you video evidence that this technique exists and leave it up to you to decide if you really want to know. Because what we are talking about here dear reader, is a glitch, a bug, the unintended interaction of a complex system that no human could foresee (i.e., GBX devs and/or testers).
[At this point I’m assuming you’ve watched the videos]
So now we get to the moral conundrum. There is a bug in the game that will allow you to trivialize the raid. Is this what you want your day one experience to be? I’m not preaching, but Uncle Ben did say, “with great power comes great responsibility!”. So here is the deal. If you still want to know then PM me and I will tell you. And the reason for the indirection is, if I just blurt it out on the forums GBX will find out and fix it earlier then they may otherwise would have done. Because it’s CLEARLY broken and definitely not what they intended.
Oh I can tell you right now from the end of the first vid lol. It’s already well known that the extra projectile anoint is broken. It perpetually stacks and don’t need to have terror up to keep them and persists through everything but a save/quit. I know how to cause the bug on purpose but I won’t write it here.
What’s interesting about the bug is that it has the potential to happen organically. For example, let’s say you sit down for a 2 hour play session. If you never save/quit your damage output at hour 2 is DRAMATICALLY different than at hour 0 and all you did was play the game. Which is what happened to me.
Yeah it’s cause by pretty normal action that anyone would be doing in a play session. I personally sent in a bug report about this a while back and I know a few youtubers made videos explaining how to do it to the masses.
