Quick question on the Tales from the Borderlands rewards

Just some questions I have

  1. Do I only have one shot at getting the weapons from shift? Or can I redeem them once per character?

  2. Do the weapons scale with the character that picks them up?

  1. Only once accross the board, not per character, really only a single time.

  2. Don’t scale.

So if you plan to use them lots, maybe wait for lvl 70.
