So, that allows Phasegrasp to damage enemies? Does that then trigger the various skills/augments that go off when the Action Skill does damage?
It is not Phasegrasp doing damage. I know for a fact it doesn’t proc Samsara and I do not believe its damage is affected by Do Harm. My understanding is that same goes for the Nimbus com.
