[Bug] Old-U doesn't work

The title says it all. Here is the evidence.

I’m on PC, single player, TVHM, Mayhem 3.

Same on PS4. Work when it want to. Unreliable and bugged.

I can confirm this is inconsistent as hell. Not sure if there is some type of cool-down that was forgotten to be detailed in the description or what, But I choose not to spec into this because of the inconsistency.

This just started recently for me. Was working fine until i started into the DLCs now the OLD-U is sporadic and for the most part does not work anymore.

Just read another article and tried what it said and it works. Don’t hold the button down when in FFYL, just tap the button, and it works.
