Starting DLC at level cap - beat 2nd playthrough and knoxx

I’m quickly approaching level 69 in my Siren re-playthrough on my mac (on the metro). I beat 2nd playthrough and Knoxx in 2nd playthrough.

If I start the other DLC when I get to level 69, will all the quest rewards from those be max level possible?

Yes I think they do once you’ve turned in the first Athena armoury mission.

Seems to have worked. I’m playing DLC 4 scaled up. It came out so late that I barely touched it when it first came out. Hence one of the reasons for my replay.
