I don’t like it. Its distracting, and it almost makes me want to not spec into it.
If you’re on console, then no.
If you’re on PC, you could track down the corresponding audio file…
Just imagine Sal doing his best Agent Smith impersonation: “Do you hear that Mr. Invincible? That is the sound of inevitability. That is the sound of your death. Goodbye Mr. Invincible.” Except they don’t get away.

Can’t help you with that, other than to say that several folks have searched the audio files extensively on the PC version. A search the old forums for PC audio files should turn up enough clues. If you do decide to tinker, though, make sure you back up everything first.
