Zane is finally OP!? I found the build!

Guys, I’ve finally done it.
I had some help along the way.
This is the FIRST truly overpowered (somewhat broken maybe?) build for ZANE!
yes! ZANE has an ACTUAL “TO STRONK” build now! HE can finally keep up with Moze and Amara in Lazyness no aim one shot level!

Let me Introduce you to my FIRST ever Borderlands guide while I talk in embarrassingly bad english for the first time! so please bear with me ^^

INFINITE AMMO ZANE!

This Build is almost like a copy paste from the Cutpurse Moze build! BUT! it is actually EVEN MORE relaxed to play.
Instead of having to switch to the facepuncher every 8 chucks, now you only need to do it once per minute! Lazylevel 100!
This is like taking old grenade spam moze, and replace the tiny light show balls with DEATH SEEKING KAMIKAZE ROBOT DRONES OF DOOM AND VENGEANCE!

(its still not AS powerful as Moze, neither damage wise or survivability wise, since she has a lot more splash damage and magsize modifiers.)

But HOW does this work?
Well its a weird interaction… the clone right now is almost like an EXTENSION of your self, he gets a copy of your shield yes, but he doesn’t actually get a copy of your relic.
What is happening here instead is that the clone shooting a gun seems to always count as if YOU yourself would shoot it, so everything the clone does while shooting and is triggered by him shooting, is treated by the game as if “you” where doing the shooting.
So the game registered that “you” have just meleed and enemy 14 times and therefore should get back 112% of your ammo. ^^
you can also use a life steal relic to become basically invincible, since the clone will in fact heal YOU!
and did I even mention that this will give your WHOLE TEAM infinite ammo as well? we should probably not talk about this… as it is the most broken part about it… ^^

but of course this is only the surface.
you are not ONLY able to chuck tediore, you can use WHATEVER WEAPON YOU WANT TO PLAY WITH!
Want to make some babys forever? chuck INFINITE babymakers! (it works!)
infinite Rocket launcher spam? yes please! (norfleet anyone?)
Melt enemys with a Super shredifier forever? go ahead!

Tedior weapons no longer explode

Digi-Clone’s weapon replaced with a spoon

Removed one of Zane’s arms

Not him but the Jackhammer works, I avoid it because it keeps bouncing away from enemies.

I do think that they will remove it. Mainly because it is a mechanic which is quite counterinuitive and might negatively interfere with other weapons. I mean, this mechanic probably is a prime example of one, that very likely was not intended.

The Tediore interactions did not seem that OP to me, but I only tested Babymaker and Jackhammer who both seemed a bit lackluster (and in the case of Jackhammer more dangerous to myself) and not really stronger than other options (though there might be a Tediore weapon that could be OP, those 2 aren’t; there’s also the 12% ammo annointment which would still allow for a lot of ammo with some weapon switching).

took a guys eyes out with a spoon according to his dialogue - guy was then bumping into stuff and was very upsetting to nearby children who were like “waahhh, wahhh”.

good tactic for crowd control i guess

Well… as it stands right now and what we have seen so far from gearbox… I’d say they will remove it at some point… you know… because its fun… and surely not "intended"by them… and we sure know we CANT HAVE THAT!

you really dont need tediore for this, scourge hive and many other weapons work just as well!

I’d love me a good spoon melee override build.

the tediore is the everblast right? or fastblast?

I am not sure about the names, I found diffrent ones to do similar things.
for me everblast seem to be the one I am looking for. BUT an everblast does not mean that it wll have homing and mirv, you will still need one that ALSO has those two things.

A build that revolves around using one gun and one piece of gear (face-puncher and cutpurse), “you don’t need to aim, you don’t need to crit”, swapping places with your clone anytime you please to immediately trigger shield regeneration, and you’re drone taking damage to trigger more shield regeneration (unsure why Schadenfreude doesn’t work)!?!? What an AMAZING and FUN build that all synergize well with the gear and talents that are available FROM THE GAME’S RELEASE DATE!!

Moze, do you have anything to say to Zane about his build setup?

“Yea, why the f**k did you post a video about it directly on the Gearbox forums so they could see your AMAZING and FUN build? The game hasn’t even been out for two months!”
