How many players enjoy the party popper? A pistol with a big magazine that can’t hit jack unless you’re in their face, and doubles as a celebration in your holster for whenever you find legendaries. No seriously I love it, I think they should have made it a legendary with a blade that when you melee it puts a bow on the enemies head and doubles the melee damage to them.
