Currently Level 65 on PC and have killed Hector. Next I was hoping to get the BFFF’s side mission and take out Lt’s Bolson, Angvar, Tetra and Hoffman. But I can’t find it anywhere. The only side mission left is “A Most Cacophanous Lure”. I was hoping to get the Hot Mama before meeting Haderax. Am I missing something?

You need to do another side mission before it becomes available, it’s called My Brittle Pony. Vaughn gives it to you in The Backburner.
