Best pustols?

Jakobs: Her bread and butter. Go with these whenever possible.

Automatic: Goodbye, ammo!

Then you’re gonna need to change your build a bit each time… or go with a compromised one.

jakobs guns:

Top of the line is the Luck Canon, nothing even comes close on Nisha
Then the Maggie
Then either a Pepperbox or an Iron (Vladof barrel and jakobs barrel respectively)
Revolvers (With the Dahl Barrel) are also pretty good as they have very little recoil

Automatic:
Depending on your playstyle, Either a Torgue Slapper (Torgue barrel), the Taser or the Shootarang are awesome.
Vladof pistols (Anarchists in particular) are VERY potent, but they eat through ammo FAST
Old Hyperion pistols (red and black) with powerful barrels (like the Jakobs or Torgue) are very solid choices too)
The Zim is very decent
Maliwan pistols with the Torgue barrel are very good if you match elements.

General rule of thumbs for a Pistol Nisha: Slow and powerful beats fast. You have so many fire rate boosts at your disposal that every time that you have the choice of something that’s more powerful but slower, more power is the right choice… Jakobs and Torgue grips often beat matching ones.
(and it helps cope with the ammo issues.)
And learn to pace yourself: if there are no more red dots, stop shooting (it’s faster than you think)

Most ammo efficient outside of Jakobs are Torgue. Note that trick shot helps mitigate ammo loss (by giving stray shots a second chance) and that the slow Torgue bullets accelerate to regular speed once they ricochet :wink: so sometimes, like against fast targets… you are better off shooting at the ground

you WILL run out of pistol ammo.
No way around it, unless you stick to Jakobs 100% of the time, so keep something else handy.

I’ll second the black and red Hyperion pistols - her fire rate draws them to full accuracy very quickly, “extending” Showdown’s range.
