Only head skin I find solid, but I dont think its available any help?

IIRC, the Bullet in Her Bonnet head for Gaige is a Community Day 2013 item that can’t be traded. Assuming it still drops in-game, you should be able to obtain it that way.

Community day heads and skins are now rare drops. OP, you can ask in the trading section for one or just keep looking for it.
