How rare/valuable is a Redundant Face-puncher with anointed 300% weapon damage on phaseslam?

Pretty, preeeetty, preeetty rare.
First, you need a face-puncher.
Then, it needs to be annointed.
Then, it needs to be Siren specific.
Then, it needs to buff phaseslam as opposed to grasp/cast.
