Did they change the drop rates again?

I know a lot of people have been complaining about the drastic change in drop rates, but I’m not seeing it.
Two things to keep in mind.
I am still playing solo and on Mayhem I. I find it adds a nice layer of difficulty without making me want to pull out my hair.
Second: I had been running a relic with +10 luck and about +8 luck from my guardian rank. It’s +13 luck from the relic now.

That said, I’ve been farming GenIVIV and I just got a triple legendary drop. Remember, I am playing solo and I’m not even on Mayhem III.

its seems that way, I am playing my third character through tvhm on mayhem 3 and I am dropping legendarys left and rigth from normal mobs

I seem to be having the opposite problem. Played all day on tvhm mayem 3 and haven’t had anything drop. :confused:

people don’t want 3. they want more like 3 tinks with 5 legendary each run.

they are probably not picking it up since they are after the perfect one. it is like they are looking for the perfect 94% sham that is why the hate on the nerf.

Probably. But getting everything you want right off the bat isn’t fun. I still want to get excited when I hear that PING and see an orange star. We’re only on week 2.

same. i only have 1 character to 50 (amara) but got tons of storage already (some are level 50 since i farmed splitscreen). I might need to play the other 3 soon.

I went ahead and created 5 mules. I think I’m going to need 2 more before the week ends and I can finally get around to playing Moze.

Even before the loot nerf you never did get what you want, unless you are incredibly lucky.
I farmed 30+ legendaries off patch, most were snipers, I only kept 2 of those legendaries a cryo smg, and a fire smg.

300+ legendaries are in the game, and most of those are world drops.
<50 of those legendaries are actually viable in Mayhem 3.
Before the loot nerf I had a lot of fun farming, almost felt like I could farm anywhere and have a blast; after the loot nerf even at my favorite farming spot it just feels empty, like sure it is still possible to get legendaries, and annointed legendaries, but I never felt like any of the loot was worth looking at, it all came at such a slow pace, 3+ hours farming yielded like 10 legendaries a ton of whites, a ton of greens, blues, and the more I farmed the more the lower rarities despawned and I was eventually left with the sea of purples and a few golds, whereas before the nerf I could farm there never getting anything lower than a blue on Mayhem 3, it was rewarding and fun.
I just can’t find any joy playing this game anymore unless I play offline off patch on my physical copy, which is a shame because I bought this game to finally have fun grinding in a borderlands game with my friends, farming has never been something we enjoyed before in the borderlands series before, and it hurts to have that taken away.
