Earning Fade Away again while using action skill

While using Fade Away, I reset my cooldown for it. However, when my Fade Away ends the reset cooldown disappears and I have to earn it again? Is this a bug? or was this intended?

I think intended as to not allow players to permanently be in fade away

I say it’s bugged because in Borderlands 1 I could get my phasewalk back while in phasewalk.

Gearbox probably saw everyone doing that with Salvador and decided that it shouldn’t be possible anymore

You can bypass this by using torgue sticky bomb weapons during fade away. Stickies detonated after it ends will still auto crit, but the cooldown reductions they proc will apply.
