I just found a random skind rop with Zane, called Ectoplasm, and I unlocked it in my Backpack, but when I go to the Customization machine, the skin is not available.
Guessing it’s a bug… but has anyone encountered this,and more to the point, any way to get the unlocked skin to show up?
I unlocked a new head but it wasn’t there in the machine 
Are you sure it was an operative skin and not one of the others? Cause I’ve done that where I’ll use a skin not even paying attention to who it’s for and wondering where it went. Till I switch to a different character and see it show up for them.
Only thing that I can think of > - < That or a bug
Hadnt thought of that… I’ve never found a skin that wasn’t for me (Zane) before… so never even thought of it. I guess I assumed the game only dropped useable skins.
Do they mention which character it’s used for in the descriptions?
It usually says what class it’s for under the title. It’s easy to miss if you’re not looking for it- I’ve made the same mistake a few times.
Same problem here, I’m playing with fl4k and got several skins and heads unlocked,
all of them were for that character but nothing showing up to the skin machine,
I got a legendary one already unlock (Whynot?) , not in the machine and telling me it’s already unlocked
