Markswoman- How does the Aim Speed bonus work?

How exactly is the Aim Speed bonus applied? Does it work while hip-firing, while ADS, or does it speed up the zoom animation while ADS?

Bingo. You just aim down your weapon faster.

Thanks. Now that I’m focused on it I realize that it has quite an effect on the speed to ADS. I was too distracted trying to find any difference in the movement speed of the targeting reticle.

I’ve recently started a four player game with Lady hammerlock and I like the ADS being as quick as it is with this skill… I can move from target to target quickly and freeze up the battlefield while my comrades lay waste to everything I’ve left behind…
