Question:
We played through Normal Mode (killed Final Boss, Credits rolled and all) and a little bit of True Vaulthunter Mode.
Our question is: How do we Farm Bosses now?
We tried logging back in, then activated Mayhem1 and portet to the Bossregion. But whenever we come to a Boss he doesnt Spawn.
Worse, with Mouthpiece for instance the Gate to the Holy Broadcast Center doesnt even open.
We cant find a usable answer anywhere on the Internet.

You need to save&quit to main menu, then once you load a map the boss will spawn.
In case of MouthPiece, there is a side mission with enemy in that arena, maybe after that he will be available again.
We did Save and Load a lot of times (its been three days since we finished the Campaign).
@Mouthpiece We cant do any Missions, since we dont have any Missions open.
Have you switched back to normal mode after doing some of TVHM? If so then I don’t know, I do remember mouthpieces hate being locked until you do the side quest to get a new one tho if that helps?
Make sure you’re back on your normal mode playthrough. If you’re still on tvhm then you’ll have to play and unlock them through the story again. If you ate on your normal mode playthrough the may want to submit a bug report because all you should have to do is load up the game and go to their spots.

What every one Else said is how it worked for me just quit to main menu, and then continue, go to where the boss is, and the fight is on… That is how it worked for me…
It was only mouthpiece for us.and no. Door still closed
There is a side mission that opens it back up. Have you completed the audition for second mouthpiece side mission? Don’t know if that’s the exact name of mission but it’s oretry obvious
For the mouthpiece boss, check to see if you have the side quest activated called Pandora’s Next New Mouthpiece or something. That may be preventing you from having him respawn.
I am wishing to know if there will be or if there was a way to replay Carnivora chase? Asking cause I missed getting the jetbooster for my bandit technical and it only spawns during THAT specific fight.
Only in someone’s game at this point or ask someone who has this part to spawn a car.
You can also reset story missions also.
Switch back to normal mode from main menu. If you are in tvhm you have to play the entire campaign again to unlock the bosses again being that it’s an entirely different difficulty and playthrough
