Best place to get a “heal on melee damage” relic?

I’ve been playing Amara for hours and hours and I have yet to see any relic with healing on melee. I have two relics with 80% melee bonus damage, one shock and one cryo. But I just want one for healing.

Are they all just world drops and I’ve been really unlucky?

Ive gotten a couple on my playthrough, so I believe its a world drop

Probably best from Graveward. I got a couple from farming him.
