Sal vs Nisha... Who would win?

I’ve been reading a bunch of BL2 stuff and keep seeing the tons of comments about how “Sal is broken” or “Sal is OP” and I was wondering who you think would win in a best outta whatever between Sal and Nisha.

Obviously not the crappy side mission in BL2 where a wet noodle could kill Nisha. I’m talking OP as hell VH vs OP as hell VH. Utilizing any and all setups, even the cheesy Pimp/Ahab or whatever setups.

Also for the record I love using both chars and I’m not trying to insult them. I love the crazy power they bring.

I guess it would depend on the setup but at long range start I think nisha with luck cannons and perfect aim would win, but mid to close range I think think sal would out-tank and win using a moxxie gun. idk tho. Would be interesting. Too bad Nisha died in BL2. I kinda hope they find a way to bring her back even if it is just as a zombie in a future DLC (like tk baha)

I would think Sal would win due to ahab+stuff shenanigans or grog+stuff shenanigans.

As a player who mained both of them, I can probably tell who would win, and it would probably go something like this.

Nisha would see Sal coming down the street, whip out her 2 pistols lightning quick and fire half a dozen rounds within half a second with uncanny accuracy straight for Sal’s head…

Sal would take these bullets right in the noggin…

…shake his head, smile, whip out a huge bandit machine gun and a Quad barreled Torgue shotgun, shout “It will take more than that Pendejo!” and literally level the place with lead and explosions for 3 straight minutes laughing like a madman the whole time.

From the smoldering crater, we might be able to see a corpse…or not.

Sal wins

If you want to take this to “Game level” rather than the Narrative version.

Sal whips out a Grog Nozzle and a Rustler’s orphan Maker…or a Pimp and a Duuurp… or a Grog and a DPUH… and wins

Sal wins either way.

You can make this showdown pitting any VH against Sal… if it’s on his terms (Underdome style and range), he wins.

I love me some Sal. And I know he is an unstoppable dwarf Truxican tank. And has a billion broke as hell combos.

But Nisha has that damage off the top. I feel like dual wield tombstone luck cannon insanity could maybe flash twitch kill him.

But then Sal is a walking apocalypse and I can’t bet against that.

yeah that’s kinda what I figured. Though based on actual duals in the game it would probably just be whoever pulled the trigger first lol

Don’t forget that the kind of Damage Sal puts out is against enemies that are MUCH MUCH MUCH stronger. TPS’s UVHM is not even half as hard as BL2’s UVHM…which is a joke compared to OP8.

And even at OP8, Sal can almost one-shot Hyperius.

Sal is not only much stronger…he’s not even in the same ballpark. Orders of magnitude separates them.

Is Sal is major league, Nisha is Tee-Ball level

Nisha’a ABSOLUTE best trick would be one of the “neat alternative things” you could do with Sal for a change of pace from his half-dozen truly horrifying combos.

Sal has no equal. The only thing he has in common with Nisha is dual wielding but he isn’t limited to pistols only. He’s a walking DPS experiment.

I hate to bring it up because certain things are not to be discussed, but in theory, give Nisha a Lady Fist.

Is she the most powerful then?

Wouldn’t make a difference since Sal can’t take that and a Grog and have 2400% Critical Hit. Throw in a Money Shot for good measure and you have the power that dropped Terra with one bullet on OP8.

Sal Solo’s

Gunzerking > Showdown.
2 guns of any kind > 2 of the same pistol.

Not to mention the obvious hold high dps weapon & a moxxi weapon.

He has ammo regen too & A LOT of Movement speed.

He negs.

Edit: He could already One shot her in BL2 by grenade jumping up to her on the building she’s on & uppercutting her off the cliff in lynchwood.

Nisha is a sadist.

I main both…, but my loyalty is to Sal.

Sal can gunzerk longer than Nisha can Showdown.

A chain lightning is a sniper for Sal anyway. She would have a hard time downing him before showdown was over.

@chaosmark101 and sal controls firing of both guns. Nisha’s dual wield has spastic random firing from either gun.

If this is using guns of similar power, then Nisha, because Showdown increases Bullet Speed, meaning her shots hit Sal first.

In a mobbing contest, Nisha would kill everything with her jakobs guns at her standing position, while Sal would struggle to land a single bullet to enemy infront of him. Nisha is the best sharpshooter in BL universe.

Lore Wise Mordecai is the absolute best

BL2 in game @ WEP he could Snipe Bloodwing from Casa de Mordecai with the tranquilizer which was a distance over 100 meters

& In the mission “In a train to catch” Mordecai will slag stuff for you with his sniper well beyond 200+ meters
