Hello, i have been playing the game for more than 35 hours now, on pc with the mega deluxe edition (100 euros or so).
Today i have experienced a very frustrating problem, i had all my legendary weapons in my safe on Sancturary and when i came to take one out to use it they were all gone !! My safe is empty and all my 20+ legendary weapons, special items and artefact are lost.
What is going on ? Is there a fix ?? Did i just lose everything without any chance of getting it back ?
I need an answer, thanks.

Same here I’m not super worried about trying to get everything back but I would like to make sure I get my loot from the super deluxe edition back such as the shield etc

Xbox one here and the same thing happened to me. I put in a support ticket. I know they can’t just get me my items back but there needs to be some sort of compensation. I had my bank almost full and half of it was legendary equipment. I will not be playing again until this issue is resolved even tho it saddens me to do so. I’ve loved the series ever since the first one came out with the exception of the pre sequel

Did you play co op and/or on another system with the same account?
Yeah i played coop with friends, the problem happen during a coop game btw.

Same for me. I lost everything. I have only played solo so far. I’m afraid to use the bank now. It’s so frustrating. I lost a ton of legendary items and class mods that I was saving for different builds.

I’m having this same issue and support is running me in circles to get my shift ID.
It seems like they didn’t even read my support ticket as they literally just asked for information provided in my original ticket.
The game has issues with cloud saves and co-op saves.
You should be fine when playing solo on one system. Until they patch it, it is just not safe for now.
You are NOT SAFE playing solo on one system. I lost everything in my bank and I have only played solo.

That is the first time i hear/read that. Interesting.
While i can understand co op and multiple systems, solo i dont understand.
Maybe local files and cloud saves have issues to live along side each other
my loot are done too
that triger me so hart i havet 30-40 LvL 50 legendery
and they are all gone

Dude! Same thing happened to my Account. For the record, I was playing Co-op. I had ALL 25 ITEMS disappear. And yes, I lost many Super Deluxe Items. If you have not created a ticket, I suggest you do. I created one. However, not sure they can do much.
Can Gearbox check in game progression? This all happened this morning about 40 minutes ago. I’m still going to play.
Thank God I still have my Rubber Chedder Shredder!

same here, im lucky i didnt had so much rare legendaries, but its really frustrating, now i dont even know if its safe to put what i found next in the bank… in a loot based game, a bug that makes u lose all you’re item, its the worst thing that could happen

No point in playing anymore until they fix it , what a shame , was really enjoying it last night…

I was just playing the normal game play, no coop, playing through, and it happened to me. It is across all platforms, with no apparent reason. Still have not heard back from Gearbox.

Ps4 here, and my wife and I have both lost everything, in multiple instances. We have been playing split-screen multiplayer, done some online play, but no matter what if we leave our guns in the bank their lost. So much work put into those weapons, I’ll guess I’ll stop trusting the program and make a bank toon for myself.

Gearbox software support just contacted me and asked for more info, screenshots and Shift info. So someone is looking into it. Thumbs up.
