Some questions I have about the Systems Purge

  1. Who drops it?
  2. Does the shockwave damage effect the guy you shoot out just those around him?
  3. I’ve seen blue and purple variants I know the purple is not legit but what if any are the other differences between the two?
  4. Is it like having an amp shield?

Any info would be appreciated and help me decide if I want to farm for It.

Mission reward
Both. Damage is non elemental.
Always blue but slam element changes

It is a quest reward from the quest where you kill CLAP-LEK. You have to kill it instead of lock it.

When does the CL4P-LEK mission show up and who gives it?

It’s after you open up the veins of Helios and either from Jack or the mission board in his office.
