So I finally get to TVHM and I’m level 41. I turn off the game for the night and start new in the morning and I have 0 perk points to use for my Amara. I reset the game, I go back to regular mode it doesn’t work. So I got the change station and noticed that the ability progress bar was maxed out for my green tree but it said 0/43 points used, I respeced my points for 23,000$ but I still got 0 back, i leveled up once and only received one point as if i was never level 42. Please help I dont want to start over.
