So just defeated EOS with a few buddies, and got teleported back to Deck 13 1/2. game froze and we all left. Went back in to hand in the H Source and finish the mission yet Jack just tells me go to get the h source. yellow check mark next to the deliver h source to jack:complete. Tried exiting, restarting xbox, game etc, joininng online matches. nothing… is this just bugged and im screwed now? Kind of a terrible bug.

Have you tried going to deck 13 1/2 by going all the way through the sub-conscious?
I dunno, kinda doubt it with the check mark, but might be worth a try.
Can’t get back into sub subconscious. It shows deck 13 1/2 on my fast travel and shows that o defeated shawdowtrap and went thru the portal to the deck. But jack doesn’t give me the option to upload the h source .
You should be able to get back to the sub-conscious … it should even be a fast travel location. A long walk form there to the Cortex (I think that is right) where you fought EOS, then you can get to deck 13 1/2 from there.
If not, then you missed a few missions and need to go back and fill them in. Then eventually … it should offer you a fast forward past what you did with your friends.
All missions complete except the one I’m talking about. Just beat shadowtrap and it glitched out. No qay to get back to subconscious unless I can get there thru the nexus?
You can get to the Sub from the Nexus. You could also try going to 13 1/2 from the Nexus. Other than that I don’t know. Reset?
Wouldn’t shock me if this were a glitch (handsome collection by chance?)
I’d submit a support ticket see if they can help you, that really sucks. Have you tried going all the way back to the cortex were EOS is? I’m thinking in all probability that it didn’t save after you defeated him. I bet you’ll find him still alive.
That sucks, soloing eos is the pits.
You can get there through the nexus it’s just going to be a long travel.
@bain @evo4g63t thanks guys, had to go through sub concious to sub subconcious to cortex then to the area where you fight EOS and dialogue came up from jack saying you got the h source, it def glitched out. thank you all tho
Nevermind…theres diagloue in the EOS area by Jack and Claptrap, then it stops. I go through the portal and it wont let me hand in anything to Jack or the console etc. The mission log on the side of the screen has a yellow check mark that Ive already delivered the h source to jack.
Had the same glitch on my play through – PS3 crashed just as we beat EOS/Eclipse & the loot dropped. Had to beat him again. Go through Subconscious to the Cortex and re-fight,
Hes not there, as soon as I go into the area the portal back to Deck 13 1/2 is already there, claptrap and jack are both talking and say bring the h source back to Jack. When i go back to Deck 13 1/2 jack says go get the h source lol. its a broken game
Out of curiosity is Shadow-Trap laying there (where you beat EOS) with the H-source still stuck in him waiting for you to pull it out?
I’m not sure if the door to deck 13 1/2 opens before or after you pull it.
I’m pretty sure dashboarding (or a crash … sorta same thing) before giving Jack the H-source puts you back at that point.
If so, then go get yer loot-splosion … and don’t forget that legendary!
