100% Not possible?

I’ve been working towards getting 100% Galaxy Progress and I’ve ran into a few issues that I’m not totally sure about. I’ve seen some posts around relating to some issues such as weird missing locations in certain area’s or the game claiming I am missing a challenge when, on a different screen it say;s I am complete (An example being Covenant Pass saying that I am on 5/6 but when I open the map, it states 100% and 5/5)

A main one that bothers me, that I haven’t really seen be mentioned, is that I seem to have an issue where I have 8/9 missions for Devils Razor however the only mission I have available in that area is the Dynasty Dash (Repeatable) Mission. How exactly am I suppose to complete a repeatable mission? Or am I just missing something? I’ve done a good 20-25 laps of the map completing other task and missions and haven’t found the last mission that I seem to be lacking.

Also, for context, I am on 92% Galaxy at the moment with all Proving grounds finished etc so I don’t think any missions would still be hidden.

There are 9 missions. Not sure what you could be missing though.

currently 106% about to start testing if progress challenges give % too

This mission is the worst mission in the history of Borderlands. That out of the way it will unlock the last mission to 100 devil’s razor. After doing said mission go to sanctuary 3 and talk to the robot.
