Though, a green glitch Shock droog destroys his shield very fast.
And a green glitch corrosive Droog destroys him very fast.
Not that hard, tbh. Just too long.
Oh, and, because I want to get every legendary in this game, I had to kill him like 15 times after I beat him during the story mission. So yeah.

15 times was pretty fast, if you got your desired legendary then.
he only dropped me one old legendary in about 20 kills after Story Mission.
I didn’t want a specific legendary. I was just collecting. And I got 3 legendaries.
still a very nice rate. 3 out of fifteen. that douchebag doesn’t even drop me more than 1 glitched gun anymore.
Fortunately the minions tend to float around you quite frequently.
I’ll tell you it really sucks when you get in the situations with none of the volatile bits or minions around you and you die 40 minutes into battle. Ugh.
