Some guy comes after Jack, then some other guy pushes that guy out of an airlock and takes over Hyperion. Loader bots become more advanced and more intelligent and also gain a bit more self awareness.

Rhys, the first player character.
It’ll be clearer when you get it. But basically, Rhys was demoted to Vice president Janitor, wants a vault key, ends up getting scammed, tracks down Professor Nakayama’s ID Drive, activates it, sees Jack, everyone thinks he’s crazy etc etc etc.
Yeah, just go get it. It costs like 15 USD on g2play.
2 player characters. Rhys. (A guy from Hyperion who wants to be like Handsome Jack)
Fiona. (Some Pandoran Artist who wants to be so rich so that she owns all the money in the world.)

I wouldn’t be surprised if the ai version of Jack manages to take control of someone directly or indirectly to keep hyperion going. I know some object to Jack being the villain again but there is no reason we can’t have both.

He does take control of Rhys several times. Since Rhys is kinda half robot.

I hope TFTBL doesn’t make Jack nicer.
I don’t recall them ever stating his position in the company, the only thing I’ve read is that he is in accounting and is ryhs boss.
Hugo is a middle-management guy. UPPER middle, as of “Atlas Mugged”, but middle nonetheless.
[spoiler] Makes sense Nakayama would have Jack’s AI. You helped him program one in TPS, and he was trying (though fruitlessly) to clone Jack in the BL2 Hammerlock DLC.
Chances are, somewhere between the two, Nakayama pretty seriously refined the AI. Not really a hologram, since only Rhys can see the Jack-o-gram. [/spoiler]
