Which character does it work with best, and why?
Been farming the Arena & ECLIP5E/E0S for a while and got A LOT of Legendaries. Including 5 Re-Routers so far.

I like it with Aurelia because I have her built as a sniper, but that’s mostly for the amp damage, and not necessarily the healing (although that’s certainly a bonus). This is mostly for tooling around Elpis, and not big boss fights where it’ll be down pretty constantly. I’m not sure I’d say it was best with her though.
