Anyone had a chance to try this shield out? Any thoughts? How does it compare to a regenator?
Well, if you like the Neo but have plenty of health regen from skills this is a good alternative.
If you don’t mind talking gear offcourse.
Aside from talking does it have any advantage over the Reogenator?
Exactly the same stats as a Reo with the same parts. Minus the (insignificantly low health regen)
It has the advantage to be a once-per-character guarantied find.
