Completed all the check boxes on the VIP program, and i still haven’t received my legendary in the mail. Collected all the weapons, I am currently level 12. I received everything in my social mail except this gun. PLEASE HELP!
Having the same problem. Got all 8 boxes checked, I’m level 14 and got everything else except the Maliwan. Would like to get it sooner than later
I have the same Problem i have the 8 checkmarks but i dont get the legendary maliwan smg 
According to my two support tickets through SHiFT and 2K, I’m told there’s a new update that fixes the issue. I just got in to work, so I’ll be checking in about 10 hours.
If anyone else checks let us know!
Im not Sure what kind of update, but on ps4 is no update and in vip and shift all look still the same so no weapon
I am also having this problem ! So hopefully it gets fixed soon. I submitted a ticket to Gearbox as well and they haven’t gotten back to me . I’ll be checking this evening as well .
Any new info about the Missing weapon?
I also submitted a ticket, my ticket response was a link to this forum. So b4 playing BL3, I had one gun I hadn’t activated in presequel, all BL2 guns were done earlier. I did not have any BL3 rewards. The maliwan VIP gun just showed up in my game. I have not had a response to my ticket.
Its is fixed for me the maliwan was now in the Mailbox i hope its fixes for everyone with that issue
