I’ve seen a few post about legendary weapon and how people are seeking it. Although there is a very good amount of great legendary weapon, there is quite a few amazing epic / blue weapon that does insane amount of damage. My favorite is my epic shotgun I found. That thing does not have the most DPS output but what it does have is a great spread, decent amount of ammo in the magazine and an acceptable reload time. Which mean, I can mow down 1 enemy with 1 mag, reload and kill another one. Did I mention you can burst 2 shot with it ? which mean, I down enemy a lot faster. Which isn’t the case with my legendary shotgun. high output but very slow time before shots and long re-load.
My suggestion to BL3 players, try out your gun before discard them to the vendor. There is some pretty amazing guns out there waiting to be used. They don’t have to be legendary to be good.
Indeed. I mentioned in another post that I had been using a blue shield for some time because it gave me increased fire rate, movement speed and reload speed while being full. One thing to remember is that some legendaries have situational perks, which mean they might not always be an overall beast of a weapon.
yep, the Devs For Borderlands have never understood that Gold (Legendaries) are/should be the ultimate TOP tier gear to find, extremly better then all other colors except maybe a purple or 2, not the other way around
For me I more or less look for weapons that fit my build. I am running a crit Fl4k build so Jakobs weapons in particular work really well, so I will take my time with when I pick up those even if it is rare. Personally I also love Vladoff and Hyperion as well. Other manufactures unless its purple its being sold and even then it is still probably getting sold or given to someone in my party.
