One of the skills called big game says it increases the duration and efficacy of Fl4ks hunter skills. Are hunter skills another name for action skills? Would this skill double the duration of fade away?

Look at your skill tree. There are several skills that are referred to as Hunter Skill or Hunter Kill Skill, one such is the ‘Psycho Head on a Stick’ in the Master Tree, and a majority hold that label in the Hunter Tree.
