Legendary Maliwan Weapon - Not Appearing In Social Mail

Hello,

I have completed the eight checkmarks on the VIP site, and another one for good measure, but have not received the Legendary Maliwan Weapon. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a fix?

Please advise. Kind thanks
