Hi
I picked up this skill and I noticed it was working(by the icon appearing under the xp bar)a few times.
But only after a short time I noticed it not working at all. I thought maybe the mob had to be high enough to yield xp after the kill, but I have killed enemies on level and am not noticing the skill activate anymore?
Does Hunter kill skill just mean when the “hunter”(me) kills something? Bit confused now, I have tried using the rakk attack(hunter skill), gamma burst and just gunfire and nothing it triggering psycho head on a stick.
Also tried restarting game and respeccing
According to the skill description, Psycho Head on a Stick only activates when Fl4k actually kills something.
Dont know whats wrong then. I have been trying since yesterday. No buff, visibly looking at my pet and hes bot moving any faster or hitting harder.

Yeah I had it for awhile I don’t think it works

I think the skill never worked for me not even in the beginning.
Tried to check my pet if it is doing more damage after a kill but frenzy kept messing with the dmg numbers but still I think the skill just flat out not working.
Just got a class mod that gives +1 to the skill maybe that can fix it.
No. Class mod that increases Psycho head doesnt work either
maybe it works but the game doesn’t show the buff bar icon when it procs
although i’m not sure.
I have noticed that on occasion, the kill skill icons will not appear after a kill, BUT they do still appear to function regardless if the icon shows or not. Doesn’t happen all the time, but it has been happening for me regularly.
i thought you can visibly see an effrct on your pet when he gets the buff?
Im sure he was glowing or something the 1 or 2 times it worked. Regardless I have never seen him move any faster and I have specces my tree so that he only gets increased dmg when it proccs. Again I never see a dmg increase if I kill an enemy
Just made a video testing out the pet damage with minimal talents to interfere the pet clearly does 159 or sometimes 150 dmg to the mobs regardless of that I killed something before or not so it is not a display bug the skill doesn’t work at all.
And made another video aswell to check the other hunter kill skill if it works on low level enemies and second intention works just fine if I kill the low level skags
It is totally broken… how the hell can a skill just simply not work at all.
QA couldnt pick this up when I noticed it not working within the first couple of hours and many other people also
Im having the same issue with his Two f4ng ability. Ive never seen a second shot happen and my ammo goes down one shot at a time. Has anyone had two fang work for them?
I am pretty sure that skill does work. I have tested it using a sticky grenade function and shot it at a wall and have seen double the red dots it leaves…
Working 100% im not sure but I have seen it work
@Baalzek did it consume 2 ammo when it proced? like in the second game? because im never seeing that happen. Or does it give a free shot now?
On testing for me it does work, fires an additional shot without consuming any extra ammo
