And how do i do it, couse i dont seem to have that option?
I’ll keep my eye on this post as I wondered the same thing myself, I hope I didn’t leave too soon without mopping up all the side quests.

Yes you can; you can fast travel to pandora (any location you visited) from the orbital view.
I had that same problem - could’nt find out how to get back to Pandora for side quests, because there was no other locations on the fast travel than Sanctury. But I don,t give up that easily. You have to look and explore your screen closely and you will find that in the bottom right corner is an option to look at the map in orbital mode - press that button and then you shoud be able to choose a fast travel by mousing over it and press E.
Yeah, maps are arranged differently now. There’s a zoom out key/button (X key on PC) which gets you from map view to planet view, and from planet view to galaxy view.
By the way, you don’t even have to seek out a fast travel station. Wherever you are, just open the map and warp to any fast travel station you’ve discovered.
I don’t have pandora on my list for orbital view 
You can return to pandora after you get the ship. just use the orbital view function from your fast travel screen
