i found a mysteriös chest but i dont know how to open it 
it looks very interesting and i want to open it. Some Ideas how i can open it?
becomes unlocked once you have activated all the original vault hunter stands in the map, forgot his name unfortunately
This is part of the story. You go around in each zone and find these “story points”. They are basically recordings of a vault hunter from the past talking about his glory days. For every three you open in each zone, you fulfill a challenge for that zone and this chest will become unlocked. You will see it on the map, so no worries if you lost the spot you found it.
