Borderlands 3 VIP codes ...only show SHIFT option

I preordered way before the game was released. I’m also a VIP member. When I go to the VIP page and go to the Insiders dropdown menu to redeem codes, only SHIFT codes show up as an option. There are no options for email or other codes. What id going on here? …All accounts are linked. Also, even though I pre-ordered, I never got an email or a link to take the survey for the Early Adopter Pack. Please help me.

go to borderlands website you have to complete some stuff in the activities tab to get the adopter pack and the golden key code is on their twitter

I keep getting a message on the shift code site, and it says that my account isn’t linked for the code:Xbox Live. Problem is, I play on PS4.

There is no option to enter the codes, only shift codes. If I go to the VIP site, it has the same input format as the shift site. There is no spot for codes that aren’t alphanumerical. I got a code to work on the shift site, but the code on twitter won’t work. I’m getting sick of trying, and I’m really pissed off at this point. Went to the Shift site, the VIP site, and tried in game as well, no acknowledgement on any of them of either success of failure…

I had the same problem. I was using Chrome. Tried Firefox and the other options showed up. Credit for the solution goes to help from the members here

Okay, that confirms it, there is a problem with Chrome. It only shows the SHIFT password prompt. I switched to Firefox for the express purpose of being able to use the site.

SO… If you only see “SHIFT” when you go to enter a password on the VIP site, and you’re using Chrome, that’s your issue. There are 6 different options to enter codes when you check the site on Firefox. If you don’t see the 6, try reloading it. First time I brought the site up, they flashed a second then disappeared, but when I refreshed they stayed up.

Just to chime in. I use Chrome all the time, and only have this issue with bad WiFi connections. If I refresh the page, then they all show up just fine. And some Shift codes can be used for BL 2 and 3. And you can only use them on the Shift site, because you have to select the game. Bonus though, you can use it twice, once for each game.
