I redeemed the code and no golden keys I have everything linked I restarted my game twice and I haven’t received any adoption pack either even though I did all of the specifications that were required please borderlands fix this and anyone that sees this and can help please reply.

I just checked the social and I got the weapon I got from 4000 point on the website and it says that I got the golden keys but when I go into the game the keys are not there

That’s where I found my gears and keys.
Should had wait before getting my lvl 10+ gears though. 
idk what gears are but I got my keys and guns thanks guys or gals
