So ive recently revisited the Holodome and i noticed that there is a tombstone on the left side of the entrance (of the holodome itself). On top of it is the hat and next to it is the wizard staff from Clappy that was in the tiny tina DLC. Any 1 knows whats that about? I havent noticed it previously. Oh and ofcourse it says “R.I.P.”

It looks like a simple Easter egg. It doesn’t do anything as far as I can tell.
I noticed that too. I assumed it was for Gundalf the Yellow from TTAODK. Not sure how that makes sense but, meh.
