well finally level up my Jack to 70, and finding him to be the most brain dead OP character from the rest (Nisha on 2nd), just wanna share my endgame build with different variation depends on what equipment and weaponry will he be using or focusing on, mostly the build will be focusing on Absolute Advantage and Sponsored By

NOTES:

  • mostly you will be focusing mainly on 1 or 2 weapons, so to make full use of ToTR skill just empty out the magazine to 1 or zer0 of the other equipped weapons from the other weapon slots
  • if you are using a glitched gun from the DLC and then triggered the yellow loop glitch, just do a melee to cancel the endless loop shooting when there are no more enemy to shoot & kill, so you can save that yellow glitch for the next batch enemy encounter

Mind if i ask, is totr still buggy? I am playing ps3, whenever i spec even 1 point in it, the skill will empty any guns in one trigger pull.

Alternatively, You can take the points out of ToTR (I’m looking at a Projection Build) and put them into Just Compensation and Cache, as Popping jacks = free grenades that you can use when you have 0 in your inventory for bonus damage, also mag size lets you chain for longer.

Magz Size is irrelevant with Jack bcuz of a (10-11/5) Absolute Advantage also the case combined with a yellow loop glitch
the only time i see that Just Compensation shine will be with an IVF and Luck Cannon
the guarantee +60% Fire Rate that ToTR give with a (10-11/5) on Absolute Advantage just give Jack massive DPS potential
Jack’s Cache is always a good additional choice for the extra skill points left but honestly you will be less chucking nades with this kind of build
