Does Omega Strike Gain from Rolling Thunder Stacks?

I seldom see …correct that, very seldom see Omega Strike kill anything…(perhaps it’s because I am too busy with the fight to notice)

whereas Rolling Thunder even at 10 stacks with a 5/5 spec is quite good at killing.

So I think Omega Strike is fixed damage…

And I honestly think I am wasting a point in it.

but please tell me I am wrong…

I would choose Omega Strike over Rolling Thunder
Any day of the week personally, but that’s just me

Edit It’s really satisfying freezing suckers with cold war, than having Wolf come in & blow them to bits
