I far R&D a lot, and i never see Chubby Stalkers anymore.

There were Chubbies in this game? I never found a Chubby stalker before! O_O (which is funny because I found them frequently in BL 2)

Yeah, back in the first couple months after release, every now and then you would encounter Chubby Stalkers in R&D.
They wouldnt drop anything better or special, but they were Chubbies!

Never found a Chubby so I wouldn’t know if they are missing now.
I never saw them either. My guess is that they were not meant to appear in the Pre-Sequel, so something in any of the patches would have fixed it. I don’t know why they won’t list it in the notes though.
I had two chubbies in R&D last go farming the stalker that drops from the ceiling whose name escapes me.
Have seen them before.
On Ultra difficulty setting.
I’ve only seen one between all of my characters, and I’ve owned the game since release day. Spawn must be pretty rare, and apparently they don’t even drop anything!
I’ve also only seen one - ever. Don’t think they have any assigned drops, mine didn’t drop anything but the usual ammo n’ cash.
Yeah, which is odd because in BL 2 (according to the lead designer at least) they had the highest drop rate aside from Raid bosses.
I just ran into one, but it did not drop anything higher than a blue weapon. Could have been just my luck, but still, funny I run into one for the first time ever after reading this thread.
They’re useless in this game, but they still exist

I finally saw a Chubby Stalker! countless hours of gaming the Pre-Sequel. I just finally saw one. It shat out a ton of loot, mostly blue…
I’m thinking it might have the ability to drop a unique or legendary item? Has anyone gotten anything good from them as a drop?
